Within the 1st phase there were executed relaying of existing bitumen road, construction of pavement made of mastic asphalt and construction and relaying of interlocking pavement, disassembly of existing grease trap and assembly of the new one. The second phase included demolishing works of existing and construction of new constructions - building of new atrium with stair and elevator shaft, WC for purchasers, new stores and offices and extension of sales area. The whole works were executed in the working condition of the shopping centre.
