Description of the building
The site is located on the western outskirts of Prague in the village of Ořech and comprises a modern sales and service facility for the premium car brands Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini.
The site is designed to provide comprehensive background for the sale and servicing of brand vehicles in a single location.Each car manufacturer has its own sales showroom on the premises, along with service facilities and administrative offices. The service section also includes specialised operations such as a paint shop, body shop and car wash, enabling comprehensive vehicle care.Customer parking is situated at ground level directly in front of the entrances to the individual showrooms, ensuring comfortable access and clear orientation at the site. The roof of the building is used to house a modern car wash and staff parking, thereby making effective use of the entire site.
The architectural and technical design is based on the strict design manuals of the individual car manufacturers, which determine the appearance of the showrooms, the layout and the technical standards of the building.
The built-up area of the buildings is 4 863 m² and the built-up area of roads and handling areas is 5 277 m². The project investor is Porsche Immobilien CZ spol. s r.o.
