Description of the building
The Lysolajský dvůr residence in the Prague borough of Lysolaje, which we built from start to finish, offers 43 apartments ranging from studios 1+kk to four-bedroom units (4+kk), as well as two commercial units – an office and a general practitioner´s office, including all the necessary infrastructure. The project includes underground parking with a capacity of 62 spaces. They are above-standard apartment buildings of monolithic structure based on piles with a foundation slab. The gabled roof structure with wooden trusses is combined with a steel structure and a standing seam roof, relief facades, and a private park with landscaping, sidewalks, and rich furnishings, including a small playground. The park includes a completely new stream bed ending with a waterfall.
The residence is built to low-energy standards, with an emphasis on aluminium or wood window and door frames, high-quality insulation of the building envelope, and a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery. The residential units are heated by a central gas boiler room using underfloor heating.
The apartments on the ground floor have private front gardens, and the park is irrigated by an automatic sprinkler system. The attic apartments have outdoor terraces with views of the park.
The project also included the renovation and extension of utilities in existing roads, including an extension of the main road „Lysolajské údolí“.
