Description of the building
The hall building is designed as a rectangular hall without a basement, measuring 241.26 x 97.26 m with a parapet height of 12.4 m. In the northeast section, the height of the hall is 22.5 m from the hall floor. The building contains:
a hall section, sanitary facilities, a two-story administrative build-in with office, sanitary and technical facilities, and two transformer stations, TS1 in the southern part and TS2 in the northern part.
The hall is divided into several functional units – production area 1 (RTV-2), storage areas, production area 2 (HCR), auxiliary areas for technical building equipment, offices, laboratories, and transformer stations.
The storage areas are further divided into a main warehouse for standard products, warehouses for flammable and hazardous substances, warehouses for cooling as part of the production process, and warehouses with a controlled environment for storing selected products or semi-finished products. Part of the building (production 2 – HCR) is a three-story hall with a raised parapet 22.5 m high for the placement of production technology (kneading cascade). The remaining part of the hall has a standard height of 12.4 m.
The project also includes the construction of paved areas and parking spaces for passenger cars and trucks, which are made of interlocking paving stones. Furthermore, a gatehouse, shelters for bicycles and smokers, a transformer station, a sprinkler station including a tank for a fixed fire extinguishing system, landscaping, fencing of the premises, and connection to the relevant utilities in the area – construction of utility connections. This involves connecting the water supply, sewage system, high-voltage electricity connection, data cable connection, and rainwater management.
The project also includes an extension of the existing local road due to its insufficient load-bearing capacity and insufficient width in line with the current standards. The existing local road was removed and replaced with a new one with an asphalt surface. Public lighting was installed along the road and at crossings. A communications line and sewage system were also installed in the sidewalk.
