The “Hustopeče Wastewater Treatment Plant – Intensification and Capacity Increase” project was symbolically launched with a ceremonial laying of the foundation stone

On 23 June 2026, the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone took place for the “Hustopeče Wastewater Treatment Plant – Intensification and Capacity Increase” project, which symbolically marked the start of this significant water management project. The investor is Vodovody a kanalizace Břeclav, a.s.

As the lead partner in the consortium of contractors, we are participating in the implementation of this project, the aim of which is to upgrade and increase the capacity of the existing wastewater treatment plant. The construction site was handed over earlier and construction work is already underway on the project.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor, the town of Hustopeče, the project team and the contractor. The laying of the foundation stone symbolically marked the completion of the project’s preparatory phase and the start of the construction phase itself.

We would like to thank the investor for the trust they have placed in us and look forward to working together on this project, which will result in an upgraded wastewater treatment plant with adequate capacity and state-of-the-art technology.
