Success of Our Projects in the 2025 Transport and Technical Infrastructure Project of the Year Competition
In this year’s 2025 Transport and Technical Infrastructure Project of the Year Competition, two projects succeeded in which we participated as a contractor within a consortium. Awarded were the following projects:
- Jihlava Southeast Bypass – South Section
- I/27 Šlovice – Přeštice, relocation
The results were officially announced at the National Technical Museum in Prague on 20 April 2026.
The competition provides an annual overview of the most significant transport and infrastructure projects in the Czech Republic. The evaluation is conducted by a panel of respected experts who assess the quality of execution, technical solutions, and the overall contribution of the projects.
Jihlava Southeast Bypass – Southern Section
This is a key transport project designed to divert transit traffic away from the centre of Jihlava. The new section significantly contributes to improving traffic flow, reducing traffic congestion in the city, and increasing safety for residents and drivers alike. In the competition, it won the Award for the Design and Construction of Regional Transport Infrastructure with Significant Environmental Benefits.
I/27 Šlovice – Přeštice, Relocation
The relocation of road I/27 addresses the long-standing issue of unsuitable road routing in the area. The new route increases both traffic capacity and safety while reducing the negative impacts of traffic on surrounding communities. The project was awarded the title Transport and Technical Infrastructure Project of the Year 2025.
We view the recognition of both projects as confirmation of the high-quality cooperation among all parties involved and the professional approach taken during their implementation. We are pleased to have been part of projects that contribute to the development of transport infrastructure in regions.
