IMOS Brno, a.s. expands its activities – acquisition of Dopravní stavby Brno, s.r.o.

IMOS Brno, a.s. announces the completion of the acquisition of Dopravní stavby Brno, s.r.o. This step significantly strengthens the position of IMOS group in the field of railway construction whilst expanding its expertise in the infrastructure projects segment.

Dopravní stavby Brno, s.r.o. is one of the established regional firms specialising in the implementation of transport and engineering projects. Its portfolio primarily comprises the construction and renovation of roads, tram tracks, water management structures and concrete structures. Thanks to its many years of experience and professional expertise, the company participated in a number of significant projects in the field of urban and regional infrastructure.

Through the acquisition, IMOS Brno, a.s. is further expanding its competences and creating a stronger platform for the implementation of complex construction engineering projects. The merger of the two companies will bring synergies, particularly in terms of technological infrastructure, specialist expertise and more efficient implementation of transport infrastructure projects.
