Project description:
Bearing system is combined from steel-concrete, monolithic construction and steel construction. Cladding is based on steel plastic panels. Public areas are cleared by skylights and seems to be open and aerated. Architects suggested a water cascade to make these areas more alive. Parking places (615) and machinery room are placed in the underground. 35 shop units can be found on the other floors.
